Noah's saying that to appease him, Ronan knows. Maybe it isn't entirely untrue, but Ronan has a good idea of what Noah needs to be truly happy. Whatever his opinions of Krem, Noah had been happy with him. At least for awhile.

"That your way of promising not to move out again?" he asks, eyes narrowing though there's no real heat in his words, no overwhelming accusation.

Again, he knows it's not something he can really ask for. Noah isn't his. But that doesn't stop him from wanting. Apparently nothing does.
