"For visiting?" Noah asks, because he still doesn't understand. If Ronan isn't moving out, then how will his time be split between the two? Or any of them, if they have rooms? He can at least see why Ronan and Adam would want somewhere to have more privacy, but having guest rooms, or permanent rooms for certain people, would sort of defeat the purpose, wouldn't it?
