Curiously, Matthew reaches down to stroke the head of the closest cat to him, smiling when it starts to purr. Certainly more friendly than Maruman, he thinks, before he catches sight of Noah.
He remembers him from his first day, and while he's not really sure what the etiquette of this place is or if Noah really wants his company, he supposes there's only one way to find out. He probably wouldn't have waved if he didn't at least mind saying hello, so Matthew heads over to the corner and pulls up the chair beside him.
