Noah looks down at their hands, quietly appreciating Peter's gentle affection. Touch is so important to him, more than it ever had been when he was alive, and especially now that he knows he won't chill the other person. It's an anchor, a reminder of whatever humanity he has left.
He's missed it so much from Krem.
"I had a hard time with the open relationship," he says slowly, trying to think of the best way to explain. "I thought maybe we should separate before it got worse." His voice goes quiet. "I still love him."
