Freddie's frown deepens as he realizes Noah had actually seen him chatting with Jake after all. He'd thought there'd been enough people between them and him for Noah not to have seen, that he hadn't taken too long in his trip to the loo, but apparently he'd miscalculated.
He feels another low pang of guilt then, lips twisting before he can remember to put his wall back up and he tries to shove it aside by stretching back to rest his elbows on the edge of the bar counter, posture inviting. "You want another go then?" he asks, head cocked. "Dinner somewhere? Coffee?"
