"Oh, come on now, Frederick, a little effort," Noah says with a grin, sliding the tiny purse slung over his shoulder onto his lap and taking his phone out. He takes the purse off entirely, dropping it to the floor, and opens the music app on his phone. He searches a moment until he finds a song, something pretty and slow, and turns it on, setting the phone down on the arm of the couch.

He smiles up at Freddie again and stands, holding his hands out and looking at him expectantly.
